Coronavirus/COVID19 – A Statement From Tennant Magic Entertainment

There is a lot of worry at the moment about this new virus and its effect on the population in the UK.
 
We would like to reassure you that we will still be delivering our services to all events we are booked to appear at.
 
In the event that the booked performer is unable to attend the event then we will offer you the choice of either;
 
  • A full refund
  • Substitution of another one of our performers at no extra cost.
 
If you have to cancel or postpone an event then we would like to make our policy on the matter clear.
 
If your event is postponed due to the Coronavirus then we will do our best to reschedule to match the new date.
 
Your fee and deposit are retained against the new date and you will not be charged any further fees.
 
In the situation that you decide to cancel your event then the following will take place;
 
  • 50% of the final fee is considered to be the deposit which is non-refundable.
  • In the event of a cancellation 15 days or more before the date of the event then any monies with the exception of the deposit will be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) after the date of the event.
  • Any cancellation within 14 days of the event will be paid in full by the booking party.
