Devon Celebrant

Devon Wedding Celebrant

As a Wedding Celebrant, Chris will lead the ceremony when you get married! This is totally different to a Registrar or a Vicar who will have to read the same, predetermined script at every wedding, with a Celebrant, you can have everything exactly how you want! From a personalised love story about how you both met to musical interludes and magic performances, having a Celebrant can really make your wedding unique to you.

A Independent Celebrant means that Chris is not affilliated with any Religion and can perform your wedding whenever and however you like!

Local Independent Celebrant

In addition to being a respected magical performer, Chris is also a qualified Independent Celebrant. Using his experience of over 15 years in the wedding industry to now help craft the perfect ceremony for you.

Chris will learn your own story and write it into the ceremony that you have dreamed of mixing in humour and excitement along the way.

Vow & Speech Writing

You may know exactly how you feel about your partner but putting it into words and onto paper can be a real challenge. Chris has years of experience writing scripts and can help transform your thoughts into a special and meaningful moment that your partner and guests will never forget.

Chris can even assist with the other speeches in the day just ask!

A Magician For A Celebrant?

Creating a ceremony is very similar to writing a magic performance. There needs to be thought in the words, rehearsals, a care for the way it is presented and above all else, planning.

When you enquire, Chris will book in a free no obligation chat either on Zoom or in person. From there he will go through all the details which makes your story unique to you. You can then make an informed decision if Chris is the right Celebrant for you.

Do You Perform As A Celebrant For Any Other Services?

Chris is a qualified Independant Celebrant who, while technically can perform for almost any event you would like, he has chosen to focus on Weddings as a specialism.

Funerals may be considered but please enquire first can Chris can have a conversation with you about this very emotional service.

Is It A Legal Wedding?

A Celebrant cannot perform a legally binding marriage, you will still need to visit your local registry office and officially register your marriage along with two witnesses. This does not have to be the same day as the wedding itself it is just the signing of the papers, you do not have to exchange vows or even rings. Save all that for the Big Day itself!
